Real Estate Development Manager

Our client is a major family conglomerate in Riyadh and are searching for a Real Estate Development Manager

‍

·        Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in real estate development, Architecture, Engineering or Construction

·        Over10 year’s experience in real estate development (preferably in KSA)particularly in residential developments, with experience in feasibility, due diligence design and development management, investment, real estate market analysis and real estate product positioning.

·        Experience in managing and dealing with program and project management companies,consultants, architects, operators, subcontractors, etc.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
